Pricing

Website prices, published in full.

You shouldn't have to book a call to find out roughly what a website costs. Here are our website prices, add-ons and hourly rates, exactly as we quote them to businesses in Hampshire and across the UK.

Clear prices, agreed before we start.

Every project works the same way, whatever its size. These five points are part of every quote we send.

  • A fixed written quote before work starts. It lists what's included, the price and the timeline. The price doesn't change unless you ask for something new.
  • Nothing due upfront. You don't pay anything before we start work. Your quote sets out when payments fall due.
  • No hidden fees. If something costs extra, it's on this page or in your quote — not on an invoice you weren't expecting.
  • Hosting included. We host every site we build, with no separate hosting bill.
  • Published hourly rates. Changes after launch are charged at the rates below, agreed before we start each job.

How much a website costs with us.

Starting prices for our four types of project. Your quote depends on the pages and features you need, and we'll recommend the smallest option that does the job.

Information website

Typically 1–2 weeks

A clean, content-focused site: a portfolio, a personal brand or a simple set of pages.

Business website

From£1,500

Typically 3–5 weeks

A multi-page company site with service pages and enquiry forms, built to turn visitors into leads.

E-commerce website

Web application

From£10,000

Optional extras, priced up front.

Add any of these to a project. You only pay for the ones you choose.

Choose when we start.

The flexible option suits most projects. If you have a launch date to hit, you can jump the queue.

FlexibleYour project joins our standard queue. We give you a start date and timeline in your quote. No extra cost
Immediate startYour project is prioritised and starts straight away, typically finishing around 15% sooner.+£250

Changes after launch.

Hosting is included, so there's no monthly fee. When you want something changed, we estimate the time first and you agree before we start.

Size of changeFor exampleRate
An hour or lessUpdating prices or opening hours, swapping a photo, editing some text.£50 per hour
Longer than an hourA new page, a new form, a redesigned section or a new feature.£30 per hour

Why bigger jobs cost less per hour: every change, however small, means picking up your site, making the change, checking it and publishing it. On longer jobs that setup is spread across more time, so the hourly rate drops. More on our hosting and support page.

What affects your quote.

The starting prices cover a straightforward version of each project. These are the things that move the price up from there.

Read our guide: how much does a website cost?

  • Number of pages. Each extra page needs designing, writing up and building.
  • Features. Booking, ordering, user accounts or anything interactive adds build time.
  • Number of products. For online shops, a larger range or more product options takes longer to set up.
  • Content. Whether your text and photos are ready, or need shaping and sourcing.
  • Connections to other systems. Linking to tools you already use, such as booking or accounting software.
  • Timeline. Choosing immediate start adds £250.

Other work is quoted individually.

Google and Facebook Ads management, HR consulting, HR software, Xero setup and integrations, and data analysis and AI work vary too much from one business to the next for a fixed price list. Tell us what you need and we'll send a written quote, with the same promise: fixed before we start, and nothing upfront.

Questions about our website prices.

How much does a website cost in Hampshire?

With us, from £300 for an information website, £1,500 for a business website, £3,000 for an online shop and £10,000 for a web application. Our prices are the same wherever you are in Hampshire or the UK. Prices elsewhere vary widely, so our guide to website costs explains what you get at different budgets.

Is the "from" price what I'll actually pay?

It's the starting price for a straightforward project of that type. If your project needs more pages or features, your quote will be higher, and it will say exactly why. Once you've accepted the quote, the price is fixed.

When do I pay?

Nothing is due upfront. Your written quote sets out when payments fall due, so you know before you agree.

Are there any ongoing costs?

Hosting is included. Domain names usually have a small yearly renewal fee, and your quote will say how that's handled. If you run an online shop, the payment provider charges its own transaction fees. Changes after launch are charged at our hourly rates, only when you ask for them.

What if I want to add something halfway through?

That's fine. We'll tell you what it would add to the price and timeline, and only go ahead once you've agreed in writing.

Does a website redesign cost the same as a new site?

Yes, redesigns are quoted using the same project prices. Read more about website redesign.
