Business proposals and strategy, backed by your own data.

Business proposal writing that wins work, and practical help shaping a business from idea to everyday running. We draft with Claude from your own figures and past work, then check and finish everything ourselves, and we can set up templates and a process so your team can do it quickly too.

Three ways we help you plan and win work.

A clear strategy makes better proposals, and good data shows which of them are working. You can start with any one of these.

01

Business formation & strategy

Taking you from an idea to a business that runs day to day: who your customers are, what you offer and at what price, the practical steps of setting up, and a plan for the first year.

02

Proposal and tender writing

Clear, professional proposals and tenders that explain what you'll deliver, how and for how much, drafted with Claude and finished by a person who has read the brief properly.

03

Templates and a process

Proposal templates, a bank of reusable content and Claude prompts set up for your team, so every proposal is quick to produce and consistently good.

Business plan help in Hampshire and beyond.

Whether you're still at the idea stage or have been trading for a few years and want a clearer direction, we help you think it through and write it down. The result is a plan you'll actually use, not a document written only to satisfy a bank.

We're not accountants or solicitors, and we'll point you to one for the decisions that need one, such as your company structure or tax. For budgets and cash flow, our HR and finance service can help.

  • Customers. Who you serve, what they need and why they'd choose you.
  • Your offer and pricing. What you sell, how it's packaged and what it should cost.
  • Setting up. The practical steps, from registering the business to choosing systems like Xero, which we specialise in.
  • The numbers. A realistic first-year budget and the figures to watch each month.
  • A first-year plan. What to do, in what order, and how you'll know it's working.

AI-assisted drafting, finished by people.

A good proposal answers the brief, shows you understand the client and makes the price easy to follow. Getting there from a blank page takes hours most small businesses don't have.

We use Claude, made by Anthropic, to do the first pass. It reads the client's brief, your past proposals, your price list and your notes, and produces a structured draft. Then we rewrite it in your voice, check every figure and claim, and cut anything that doesn't belong.

Where it helps, we bring in your own data: real delivery times, typical results and win rates from data analysis, so the proposal is specific rather than generic.

  • Answers the brief. Every requirement is addressed, in the order the client asked.
  • Clear pricing. What's included, what isn't, and what it costs.
  • Evidence, not adjectives. Real facts about your business in place of claims like “market-leading”.
  • Checked by a person. No AI-written figures or promises go out without someone verifying them.
  • Your data handled carefully. We use Claude on Anthropic's commercial terms, under which your data isn't used to train its models by default.

A repeatable proposal process you can run yourselves.

If you write proposals often, the biggest saving comes from a process rather than a one-off document. We set it up, train your team and hand it over.

  1. Templates

A small set of proposal templates in your branding, for the kinds of work you quote for most.

  2. A content bank

Approved wording for your services, team, approach and terms, kept in one place so nobody rewrites it each time.

  3. Claude prompts

Tested prompts that turn a brief and your content bank into a first draft. More on setting up Claude for your team.

  4. A review checklist

A short list to run before anything is sent: the brief answered, figures checked, pricing clear, tone right.

Quoted individually, fixed in writing.

A single proposal, a business plan and a full proposal process for your team are very different jobs, so we quote each one individually. You get a fixed written quote before we start, and nothing is due upfront. If we build a proposal tool into your systems, changes after launch are charged at our published hourly rates: £50 an hour for jobs of an hour or less, £30 an hour beyond that.

Proposal and strategy questions.

We're just an idea at the moment. Is it too early?

Not at all. Business formation and strategy is about exactly that stage: shaping the idea, choosing a structure to discuss with your accountant, and planning the steps from launch to running day to day.

Will the proposal sound like it was written by AI?

No. Claude produces the first draft, but a person rewrites it in your voice and checks it line by line. The aim is a proposal that sounds like you on a good day, and that your client can trust.

Can you help with public sector tenders?

We can help structure and write your responses so they answer each question clearly. You stay responsible for the facts, declarations and anything the buyer asks you to confirm, and we'll flag where specialist input is needed.

Can you write a business plan for a bank or investor?

We can help you write a clear plan with realistic figures, which is a good starting point for those conversations. For formal forecasts or anything a lender requires to be prepared by an accountant, we'll work alongside yours.

Can you guarantee we'll win the work?

No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. A strong proposal improves your odds. The result still depends on your price, your offer and the competition.

What happens to the documents we share?

We only ask for what the work needs, and host it securely on our own systems, where it's always accessible to you. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
