Website hosting and support is part of every site we build. We put your site live, keep it running and make changes when you need them. No separate hosting company, no ticket queue — just the team who built your site, with a founder as your point of contact.
Hosting included

Hosting is included with every website we build. Because we built the site, we host it too, so there's one point of contact when something needs doing.
With a page builder or a separate hosting company, you can end up juggling several accounts: one for the site, one for hosting, one for the domain, and perhaps a developer you call when something breaks. Each one points at the others when something goes wrong.
With us, the site, the hosting and the person who fixes things are all the same place. If you have a question about your website, you ask us.

Keeping it online
We keep an eye on your site to make sure it stays up, and look into it if something isn't working. If you spot a problem, tell us and we'll check it.

Copies of your site
We keep copies of your site so it can be restored if something goes wrong. Ask us any time how your site is backed up.

Secure connection
Your site is served over HTTPS, so visitors see the padlock and anything they send through your forms is encrypted on the way.

Your domain, pointed right
We connect your domain to your site and help if you need to move it from another provider. The domain stays yours.

Changes after launch
Simple hourly rates for changes.
When you want something changed — new text, a new page, a price update — we tell you roughly how long it will take before we start. The rate depends on the size of the job.

Why longer jobs cost less per hour: small changes still need us to stop, pick up your site, make the change, check it and publish it. Bigger jobs spread that setup over more time, so we pass the saving on. For example, a job estimated at three hours costs £90 at £30 per hour.

Questions
Hosting and support questions.
Is hosting really included?
Yes. Hosting is included with every website we build, and it's set out in your written quote. You don't need to buy hosting from anyone else.
Can you host a website you didn't build?
Our hosting and support are built around the sites we make ourselves, because that's how we can look after them properly. If you have an existing site you're unhappy with, get in touch and we'll tell you honestly whether a website redesign makes sense.
Do I have to pay a monthly support fee?
No. You only pay for changes when you ask for them, at the hourly rates above. If you don't need anything changed, there's nothing to pay for changes.
How quickly will you respond?
We reply to every message within one business day. If your site isn't working, tell us and we'll look into it as a priority.
Can I make changes myself instead?
Yes, if your site has our content management add-on (£1,000), which lets you edit text, images and pages yourself. It can be added at the start or later on.
Will I lose my domain if I move away from you?
No. Your domain and your content are yours. If you ever decide to move, we'll help you take them with you.
