There are hundreds of apps that connect to Xero, for receipts, payments, stock, time tracking and more. We help you choose the few you actually need, connect them and check the data lands where it should.
Custom integrations
When there's no app for it, we build the connection.
Many Xero setups stop at the app marketplace. We build software in-house, so we can connect Xero to your own systems through Xero's API. Our integrations team is led by Marcel Mulders. The result is less retyping, fewer errors and numbers you can trust.
- Online shop to Xero. Orders from your e-commerce website become Xero invoices, with payments, VAT and shipping in the right accounts.
- HR platform to Xero Payroll. Approved leave, sickness and hours from your HR software are ready for the next pay run.
- Bookings and CRM to Xero. Completed jobs or appointments raise an invoice automatically, and new customers are added as Xero contacts.

How we price
A fixed quote, whatever the size of the job.
Tidying a chart of accounts and building a shop-to-Xero integration are very different jobs, so we quote each one individually. The price is fixed in writing before we start, and nothing is due upfront.
Changes to integrations we've built are charged at our published hourly rates after launch: £50 an hour for jobs of an hour or less, and £30 an hour for anything longer. Xero's own subscription, and those of any connected apps, are paid directly to them.
Working alongside your accountant. We're not accountants. We don't prepare statutory accounts, file tax or VAT returns, or give regulated financial advice, and our budgeting and cash-flow guidance isn't regulated advice. We don't claim Xero partner status or certification. We set Xero up, connect it and help you use it well, and we work with your accountant so they get cleaner books.
Questions
Questions about Xero setup and integration.
Do I need an accountant as well?
For year-end accounts, tax returns and tax advice, yes. We look after how Xero is set up, connected and used day to day. If you don't have an accountant yet, we'd suggest finding one before or during the move to Xero, so they can agree the opening balances.
Can you connect Xero to my online shop?
Yes. If your shop platform has a good Xero app, we'll set that up. If not, or if you need more control over how orders, payments and VAT are recorded, our team builds the integration through Xero's API. If we built your online shop, the connection can be designed in from the start.
What's the difference between an app and a custom integration?
An app from Xero's marketplace is a ready-made product, usually with its own monthly fee, that works the same way for everyone. A custom integration is written for your systems and your rules. We'll always check whether an existing app does the job before suggesting a custom build.
Is my financial data safe?
Integrations connect through Xero's official API, using access you grant and can revoke at any time. They only request the permissions they need. We agree in writing how any data passing through systems we host is handled.
Can you help if my Xero file is already a mess?
Yes, that's common. We'll work out what's wrong, agree with your accountant how to fix past entries, then tidy the chart of accounts, bank rules and contacts so it stays clean.
