You don't need a detailed brief. A few lines on the points below help us give you a useful reply first time. If you're not sure about something, just say so.

  • What your business does. Who your customers are and where you work.
  • What you need. A website, online shop, ads, HR support, Xero, data or AI — or a mix.
  • What success looks like. More enquiries, online sales, less admin, a clearer plan.
  • Timing and budget. Any date you're working towards, and a budget if you have one.

Who you'll hear from. Marcel and Jessica are your primary contacts. If either is unavailable at short notice, another member of our team will pick up your message, so you're never left waiting.

    Marcel or Jessica reads your message and gets back to you, usually with a few questions or a suggested time to talk. If they're unavailable at short notice, another member of the team replies.

    By video call, at a time that suits you. We talk through your business and what a good result looks like for you.

  4. You get a fixed written quote

    A clear quote with the price, what's included and the timeline. Nothing is due upfront, and there's no obligation to go ahead.

Every meeting is a video call.

We're based in Southampton and don't have a public office. We hold all our meetings by video call, booked at a time that suits you, so we work the same way with businesses across Hampshire, in Bournemouth, on the Isle of Wight and anywhere else in the UK.

No. The first chat and your written quote are free, and there's no obligation to go ahead.

Can I call you?

We don't have a public phone line. Send the form and we'll arrange a call or a video chat at a time that suits you, so you get our full attention.

Do we need to meet in person?

No. We hold every meeting by video call, at a time that suits you. We share our screen as we go, so you can see your site or system as it's built and talk it through with us.

What happens to the details I send?
